For Classes XI and XII, the IB Board follows the IB Diploma Programme (IBDP) — a two-year pre-university course for students aged roughly 16–19.
Students choose 6 subjects across the IB subject groups plus the compulsory IB Core. Usually, 3 subjects are taken at Higher Level (HL) and 3 at Standard Level (SL), although permitted combinations can vary.
